pursuen.com is operated by Etailify Technologies Private Limited, Bengaluru, Karnataka, India ("Pursuen", "we", "us"). This policy covers this website. Customers who use the Pursuen platform are also covered by the data processing terms in their agreement with us.
What we collect
When you use the contact form we collect your name, work email, company, topic and message. When you book a demo, cal.com collects the details you enter there and shares them with us so we can hold the meeting. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages requested) for security and reliability.
What we don't collect
This website sets no cookies of its own and runs no advertising or analytics trackers.
How we use it
We use what you send us only to reply to you, to arrange and hold a demo, and to keep the website secure. We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not use it to train models.
Who we share it with
We share it only with the services that run this website for us: Vercel (hosting), Resend (sending our replies by email) and cal.com (demo scheduling). Each one processes the data on our instructions. We may also disclose information when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep contact messages for up to 24 months after our last exchange with you, then delete them. Server logs are kept for no more than 30 days.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. Write to inbound@pursuen.com and we will respond within 30 days.

If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date above.
